757 Deals is a local resource that highlights deals, happy hours, and savings from businesses across Hampton Roads, Virginia. To do that, we sometimes feature photos and content from businesses we cover. This page explains where those photos come from, how we use them, and how to request a removal.
Where our photos come from
Photos featured on 757dealsva.com and our social channels generally come from one of these sources:
- The business itself, sent to us directly or shared with us as part of a deal feature
- Public social media posts from the business’s own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or website
- Original photos taken by 757 Deals or our contributors
- Stock photography from licensed sources such as Pexels, Pixabay, or Unsplash
- User submissions sent through our deal submission form or by email
Our intent is always to support local businesses by sending traffic and customers their way. Featuring a business is meant as a positive promotion, not a commercial use of their content.
How we credit businesses
When we feature a business on social media or in our newsletter, we tag and credit the business by their handle, name, or both. On the website itself, deal listings link out to the business’s own website, social profiles, or Google Business Profile so visitors can find them directly.
Requesting removal
If you’re a business owner, photographer, or other rights holder and you want a photo, video, or piece of content removed from 757dealsva.com or any of our social channels, we will honor that request. No questions, no debate.
To request a removal, email hello@757dealsva.com with:
- The URL of the page, post, or social content where the photo appears (or a clear description of what you’d like removed)
- Your name and your relationship to the content (for example, “owner of [business name]” or “photographer who created the image”)
- Any specifics you’d like us to know
We respond to removal requests promptly, typically within 1-3 business days. Most are handled the same day.
Updating instead of removing
If you’d prefer we keep your business featured but use a different photo (for example, your preferred branding image, a higher-quality version, or a current promotional photo), we’d be glad to swap it. Email hello@757dealsva.com and attach the photo you’d like us to use instead.

757 Deals is built on a relationship of mutual benefit with local businesses. We want to send customers your way, and we want you to feel good about how your business is presented on our platform. If something isn’t right, this is the fastest way to fix it.
